Glad I Met You

My life has been a long cold winter.
I was frozen and did not know it.
The warmth of your touch helped my spirit thaw.
My moments with you keep me safe now.

Before I walked the world alone.
I needed you to open my heart.
Once I found you my dreams became real.

My life is worthwhile now.
Our love fills my days with hope.
I know true joy and laughter now.
I am glad I met you.
