This Morning of Life

I wake to see the morning flourish.
Unsurpassed beauty fills my eyes again.

The sun shines with unrestrained joy.
The sky loves the glory and plays its part.
The splendor of dawn is an irresistible force.

My heart is no longer a slave of darkness.
My nights of bleak silence are gone.
Now I fill my home with light.
Each sunrise inspires my spirit.

I am alive and treasure each day now.
