A Sudden Storm

Suddenly I fell back to my old ways.
Why I collapsed is mystery to me.
My anger found expression in the outburst.

Now I see that day as a turning point.
I have been renewed as days passed.
I have been lifted up by an unseen hand.

Before that day, clouds of loneliness shaded my spirit.
The violent storm rained a torrent of tears.
Clearing skies have revealed my new love for life.
