The Light Show

What does the light show me?
I have been blind in the daytime.
Today the day reveals to me its beauty.

Now that I see the world, my joy grows.
I am awestruck by the noonday sun.

Even when I am alone, I feel connected.
Words flow from my pen freely.
Sounds are released from my throat.

My vision has returned.
I see the light within my soul.
I watch life around me unfold.

It would be hard for me to withdraw.
I come out and laugh with joy.
I see all that I want.
I see all that I need
