A Lost Valley

I used to go through the valley.
I would pass apple groves and pastures.
The fragrant mornings were full of peace.

The clouds were noble and proud.
Their raindrops fell and disappeared.
An ancient road followed the river.

Now the city has only tall towers.
As years passed, nature has been forgotten.
They forget the valley that went before.
I am sad for my home is gone now.
