Conflict

I see the weather as a model of conflict.
It comes as a challenge from God.
With it, I see His actions here below.

I know God’s plans are irresistible.
Suddenly tempests arise from above.
They divert the world to a new path.

My grandparents were very wise.
They accepted their fate with peace.
They rejoiced in the Creator’s love.

In my life, I often act alone.
The choices I make are a rebellion.
God reminds me to find His solutions.
I need to listen and I need to watch.
