I Woke

Mille Grace and Charlotte
Today I woke up renewed.
I sat on the edge of my bed with a smile.
I’ll be grateful for the day,
I am grateful for living clean and free.

Sometimes I remember the past.
My feelings were a caricature of true feelings.
My friendships were a shadow of real friendships.
I was often miserably sad.

The time came to renew my life.
It was an unexpected grace.
The old fear was replaced with hope.
The isolation was changed into action.

Words are sometimes just a mist.
Their ideas fade with the sun.
Love and caring are still new to me.
I have faith that they are real.

  1. I’ve been browsing on-line greater than 3 hours these days, but I never discovered
any attention-grabbing article like yours. It is lovely price sufficient for me.
Personally, if all web owners and bloggers made just right content as you did, the internet can be much more useful than ever before.
