Words of Anger

It began innocently enough.
…only a few words of anger.
Then our friends watched us rant and fight.
I was sad for my momentary failure.
But now I am even sadder than before.

Each round of the bout
grew more and more distressing.
I thought I was a calm soul.
I was waiting peacefully until I broke.

I’m planning for the future.
I’m working on a solution.
It isn’t easy to succeed today.

I love you.
I am enraged.

I think our love has been destroyed.
