The Mystery

Quantum Cat
One night I fell asleep.
I met a quantum cat.
The cat was good and bad at once.

Life ambled on and I found true love.
With passing years, our joy increased.
Her peaceful mind would satisfy us.
Her lovely smile was full of power.

Then my reality changed and I lost hope.
My stories repeated each day.
My dreams looped over and over.

Without saying goodbye, my soul left me.
It flew away and spanned the heavens.
Now my mind is lost and alone.
I may not see another rising sun.
