A Banquet

I have prepared an elegant banquet.
My friends are coming for the evening.
They will talk about their loves and joys.
I will be an invisible host once more.

I have discipline and make a perfect feast.

I enjoy the dishes I prepare.
I practice my lessons well.

I start each day with resolve.
I see that I am strong and proud.
I want to do well but sometimes I fail.
